TD Education Consulting was created by former teacher Tahlia de Van der Schueren with a simple goal: to bring care, understanding, and authenticity back into education recruitment.

Tahlia spent over eleven years teaching in Australia and overseas, working across a wide range of schools and all primary year levels. Her time in the classroom gave her a deep understanding of what teachers need to thrive and what schools look for in the right fit.

In 2022, she transitioned into education recruitment to make a broader difference, helping both teachers and schools build meaningful, lasting connections. Known for her approachable nature and integrity, Tahlia takes time to understand each person and environment she works with, offering guidance that feels genuine and grounded in real experience.
